What to Bring
- No Clothing that depicts alcohol, drugs, sex, violence, or gambling
- Appropriate attire: jeans, casual slacks, sport shirts, skirts and dresses that are knee length or longer, jogging suits and shorts such as walking shorts that cover ¾ of the thigh
- Bathing suits for women should be one piece, men’s must be boxer style suits
- No low-cut tops, blouses with spaghetti straps or tank tops. Bare midriffs are unacceptable. Jeans and clothing should not have suggestive tears or cutouts
- Please bring a limited amount of clothing. Laundry facilities are available for use but dry cleaning is unavailable
- Flat-soled or tennis shoes are recommended
- Sunglasses and hats for outdoor activities
- Athletic wear for exercising and working out at the gym
Toiletries and Additional Items
- One month’s supply of shampoo , deodorant, toothpaste, etc
- Alarm clock
- Curling iron, hair dryers
- Reading material related to recovery (program related books will be provided)
