There are three stages of healing from drug addiction. The first stage is detoxification. This will happen outside of our facility at a hospital that specializes in this type of process. After the detoxification has occurred, patients will then enter Sundance to further their treatment process. This procedure can be a minimum of twenty eight days, or can be prolonged to as lengthy a time as needed for the individual. The treatment process should not be hasty. At Sundance, we realize that it is essential to take as much time as our patients need to get proper healing for them. During the process, therapy will be given on an individual and personalized basis. Our philosophies and systems of holistic healing will aid the resident to beat their battle with addiction. After a resident's stay is ended, aftercare is then designed and carried out. Sundance's patients are always welcome back at our centers to enjoy group therapy sessions should want to attend one, and are provided with 2 years of free aftercare meetings.
